The main causes of occupational diseases athletes are analyzed in the article. necessity medico-biological control over training athletes, especially professional sports, is shown. It was determined that process a physical stimulus actively affects almost all functional systems body. Physical with large volume and high intensity performed work - sharp changes body absence medical biological improper construction can lead to breakdown compensatory mechanisms irreversible violations physiological functions. noted pathogenetic mechanism development chronic disease an athlete overstrain, repeated, systematic, long-term traumatization microtraumatization various organs Many sports injuries caused by force impacts exceed limits resistance human tissues violation their structure function.
